Use this purifying bar in the evening for a deep cleanse. Foam the bar with a little water in your hands until a creamy consistency develops. Spread the cleansing foam or the bar on your damp face or body and massage it in. You can also apply the foam on your dry skin to have a deeper cleanse or only apply it partially on really blemished parts. Massage it onto your skin for a maximum of 10-15 seconds. Remove the foam with lukewarm water. Begin with a routine of 1-2 times a week and gradually increase as tolerated. If you notice your skin becoming irritated or dry, revert to using it 2-3 times a week.
